Lemax Village Houses have many moving parts and pieces and should always be handled with the utmost care. We here at Sissy n' Scooter Merriments do test everything, and inspect all items before they are packed and shipped to you. If you order has arrived with an issue please see below the best resolution to your issue.
1. Broken items: Figure broken, item chipped off, physical damage to item. Email us to begin a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged item.
2. Malfunctioning items: Sound issues with music, moving pieces not moving, lighted items not illuminating. LEMAX.com has an 18 month limited warranty on malfunctioning pieces. Visit LEMAX.com - go to #LEMAX - then SUPPORT.
3. Returns: For all other issues we offer a no questions asked 7-day return policy, however customer will be responsible for the return shipping and the original shipping fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
No returns on used, malfunctioning, broken items (See above)
To return you must email us @ [email protected] to obtain an Return Authorization #.
Returns without an RA# will be refused

We have seen the new Lemax line and are in process of getting our Lemax order in.
We begin taking PRE-ORDERS in January for an apx July shipping date.

Our big annual order has landed at Lemax headquarters
and will be on the way to us next week. Look for a Mid-June arrival!
We will be updating the site with all the new products (Spookytown first). All new 2024 products will arrive at Sissy n' Scooter Merriments anytime between July - October (YAY! Now Mid-June). It is out of our control when it arrives. Supply chain issues and production coming from China has been erratic to say the least. Of course, we will be updating the site with a more accurate date when we get notification the inventory has been dispatched to us.
We do collect payment in full on pre-orders. If the item indicates "PRE-ORDER" next to the item name AND there is an "add to cart" button displayed the item is available to preorder. If the item indicates "PRE-ORDER"
"Sold Out" we have pre-sold all incoming stock.
Any orders containing PRE-ORDER and IN STOCK items will ship together in July when all items are in stock. If you would like your IN STOCK items shipped immediately be sure to place a separate order.
