1. When will PRE-ORDERS ship?
We place our main orders in January and they arrive to our warehouse typically in July. So expect a July ship date. If overseas freight get's delayed we will update this info on the home page.
2. How do you pack Lemax items to ship?
We take every caution and effort to pack all Lemax items with more than sufficient cushioning and quality boxes. We have seen how some of our competitors ship (Amazon etc) and rest assured we are a small family business that put's attention to packing as a priority. I
3. My checkout cart screen won't let me scroll down and see my entire order?
Yes! this is an issue with some browsers. To fix simply hold your CTRL button while tapping the minus (-) key down to reduce your screen size to bring into view the scroll button. At this time this is the best work around until our webmaster can figure out the solution.
4. If I place an order for PRE-ORDER items and IN-STOCK items will the in stock items ship separately or with my PRE-ORDER items?
If you place an order with both in-stock and pre-order items they will all ship together in July when the pre-order items arrive in our warehouse. If you want to receive your in stock items now, please place a separate order.
5. Do you take special orders?
Yes. If you see something on the Lemax site that we do not stock we can take a special order as long as Lemax has it in stock and the order is in prior to April 1st. This is subject to change if supply chains get delayed.
6. Do you sell my email or spam me with marketing emails for the rest of my life if I place an order?
NO! NO! NO! If you place an order with us, your email is ONLY used for order confirmation and a tracking email when your order is shipped. REST assured we are not one of those companies. We take your privacy seriously. However, if you wish to be sent marketing emails by all means sign up for the newsletter when you see the pop-up to join come up.
